I was wondering if Elizabeth Beck Nicholas was one of those descendants.
Yes, That is my Elizabeth married to Joseph Nicholas---my paternal Grandparents.I am the oldest descendant of these two. If You can figure out ---I really would like to know who the family was that lived north of them up the road-----in the 1940's---I'm assuming they were relatives of some sort-----mean Old people who used to yell at us kids to hurry and get the water [from the well] and "get out of there" course they were older than Methuselah. {next I got to find out who he was---maybe he was fictional] It probably was some Schearer's who lived there---probably didn't spell their name right. Thank you for all your help--thus far.!!!
I copy all this info I get and put in my genealogy book----It is so heavy now I have to get another book and split it up.
